THESE RATES WERE ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS SEPTEMBER 5,2023 AND WILL BE IN EFFECT STARTING WITH THE WATER UTILITY SERVICE BILLING ON NOVEMBER 28,2023 FOR THE WATER USAGE PERIOD OF 10/15/23-11/15/23.
